Ramp Agent: United Airlines services 18 flights a day..

Jack: What’s the most challenging part about working on the ramp?

Ramp Agent: Making sure you get your job done quickly and safely and in goals or the jobs are done on times so they need to be in goals..

Ramp Agent: Just United Airlines 

Jack: What’s the protocol for gate checked luggage? 

Ramp Agent: Customers only need to check luggage at the gate if the cabin is full but other wise the only gate bags are push chairs or wheel chairs etc...

Jack: What’s the best and worst part about your job? 

Ramp Agent: The best part of my job is the whole job itself I really love the airport environment I enjoy my job the only worst part is the cold or wet weather on the ramp...
